Kim Victoria Cattrall (born August 21st, 1956) is a Canadian-born British actress best known for her role in the role of Samantha Jones in the HBO show Sex and the City for which she earned five Emmy Award nominations and four Golden Globe Award nominations winning the 2002 Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress. In the same role, she appeared in the films Sex and the City 2008 and Sex and the City 2 Sex and the City 2 in 2010. In the 80s, she played leading roles for the role of Police Academy Big Trouble Little China Mannequin and Porky's. Kim Cattrall is most often connected to her successful HBO show, Sex & the City, where she played Samantha Jones.
